What might cause cum to expel from penis after bowel movement? It has occurred about 3 times in the last 5 months? Could this be a result of taking antidepressants?

If it was due to prostate does that mean I should get prostate checked as it might be enlarged?

Your prostate was probably stimulated. It can be felt by feeling the back wall of your colon.

It’s nothing to do with your antidepressants.
Your prostate is very close to your bowels (that’s where the doctor feels it through your rectum and anterior wall) so that could have caused it to happen.

You should get your prostate checked, do you have any symptoms of enlarged prostate like having to wait to start to urinate or a slow stream of urine? Do you have to get up in the night to urinate? Do you dribble when you have finished urinating. These are all signs of enlarged prostate.
Also how old are you?

Definitely some stimulation of the prostate. Happens to me sometimes, mostly when I’ve been slightly stimulated before taking the dump then when I go, some man-juice will come out. No big deal really.
